2026 Program Instructor Volunteer Team

Stacy Bajza - Peacefield Carriage LLC Instructor, Program Director
- CPR, First Aid certified
- Extensive equine experience 


Stacy opened the Peacefield Farms Equestrian facility to us in 2025 and provides instruction to our weekly program participants on Groundwork, Carriage Driving and Horseback Riding.

Stacy also provides instruction to the private biweekly and monthly groups.

​Stacy has been an equestrian for many decades and manages Peacefield Carriage LLC where she provides carriage instruction and training. Stacy owns 10 beautiful horses, most of them are Draft horses - Belgians, Clydesdales and Percherons. So our Percheron, Sugar, fits right in!

Jan joined our program in 2023 and has brought her amazing and extensive knowledge and skill to the programs.
Jan owns two horses, Pedar and Lily.

Kathy grew up with horses and developed her knowledge and experience as a Veterinarian Assistant, breeding and training Thoroughbred sport horses, and as Program Director at a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center. 
Kathy brings her enthusiasm and extensive experience to Project Horses for Forces where she coordinates & teaches Veterans weekly and group sessions.​​

Program Volunteer Team
​​Veteran Volunteers - receive ongoing training in horsemanship & our Programs
​Veterans from many military backgrounds unite to provide camaraderie & support to participants. The presence of those who have been there greatly enhances program effectiveness in helping our injured warriors come out of isolation, find hope & re-integrate into civilian life. ​
