2023 in a nutshell:
We served 34 Veterans & family / loved ones
providing 88 horsemanship group sessions,
32 sponsored horseback riding lessons for participating Veterans,
6 monthly horsemanship sessions for a Lyons VA Veterans group,
1 relaxing farm day for 6 Veterans of the Menlo Park Memorial Home,
and 1 Veterans family day.
We hosted many Veterans for our own Memorial Day Ceremony and enjoyed a delicious Veterans Day BBQ together.
We attended several Veterans functions, including speaking at the National Guard of NJ's Family Recognition Ceremony in Hackettstown, a Christmas Celebration at the Lyons VA Housing Village, and sharing our offerings with area Veterans Organizations.
Together with the amazing people of the Branchburg Rotary and the Veterans Network, we held two successful fundraisers.
Our all-volunteer team served 2500 hours!

We welcomed 6 new participants into our weekly horsemanship programs providing 90 sessions for 18 individuals
We hosted 6 additional family members of 2 of our participants for a Veterans Family Day with our horses
We provided a full-day Equine Assisted Learning Clinic for a PTS Group of 6 of the Trenton Vet Center, with their Clinician
We sponsored 8 five-day Summer Horse Camps for 6 children of qualified Veterans
We were very honored to welcome 10 Veterans & family from 2 Veterans Groups (Rolling Thunder & Washington Township Veterans) for a farm visit and picnic lunch

4 of our Veterans' children attended Summer Horse Camp, sessions and/or riding lessons during the summer
4 Additional outside Veterans’ children attended Summer Horse Camp
10 Veterans from Vet Haven North visited twice for a day of fun on the farm & a picnic lunch
2 groups of 5 & 4 Veterans from the Trenton Vet Center PTSD Programs attended full-day Equine Assisted Learning Clinics (run by Kathy Hart) in the fall, once the VA opened up travel
Preston Wood (USAF Veteran), served over 200 hours over the year & was awarded 2021 Volunteer of the Year
Altogether, our Volunteer Team served over 2000 hours in 2021

11 Veterans, 5 spouses and 5 of their children/young adults participated in our spring & post-Covid-19 lockdown Summer and Fall programs - 27 sessions each for the Monday morning, Tuesday morning & Tuesday afternoon groups!
2 Children attended Summer Horse Camp and 3 attended weekly riding lessons during their summer break.
10 additional Veterans, 2 spouses and 1 child attended a half- / full-day Clinic.
1 Vietnam Veteran (a Volunteer) received a Quilt of Valor.
A total of 95 sessions were conducted in 2020
